Puhi Sewer & Water Company is governed by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and is a subsidiary of Aqua Engineers, Inc, An Employee Owned Company. Puhi Sewer & Water Company provides wastewater treatment services to certain areas of Puhi and Lihue.
